Plain language, no dark patterns. These terms cover your account, what you post and how we handle your data.

Your account
You need one handle, a working email and a password to post. Keep your credentials to yourself — activity from your account is treated as yours. You can delete your account at any time from settings, and your posts go with it.

What you post
You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. By posting, you give thynk permission to store and display that content inside the product. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

House rules
No harassment, no threats, no illegal content, no spam or automated posting, no impersonation. We may remove content or suspend handles that break these rules, with or without notice.

The service
thynk is provided as-is. Features can change, and there is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for lost content or indirect damages arising from use of the product.

Privacy
We store your email, handle, profile details and posts to run the product. We do not sell your data and there are no advertising trackers. Deleting your account removes your profile and posts from the feed.

Changes
If these terms change materially we will surface a notice in the product. Continuing to use thynk after a change means you accept the updated terms.
